Shipping policy

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Once the order has been processed by the warehouse, you will receive an email with  UPS tracking information. Once you receive the confirmation email, the package has departed from our warehouse, and you can track it directly with the carrier. If the tracking information says “pending” the order has departed from our warehouse and is currently awaiting shipment at the carrier facility.
